Your Profession:

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst with a strong sense of motivation who would like to contribute significantly to the creation of a Center of Excellence for the accounting department that will be located in Bangalore, India. This role, which will report to the Senior Accounting Manager, is an excellent chance for a gifted person who wants to work in a truly global atmosphere for a rapidly expanding organization.

To accomplish a wide range of accounts payable tasks, this role requires a proactive worker who is adaptable and hands-on.

Your Influence

Handle vendor invoices, both PO and non-PO, for nations around the world.

Validate the ERP accounting system's general ledger data entry.
Match the PO lines and invoices in three ways.

Regularly clear out manual and system holds.

Communicate any payment concerns with suppliers.

SME for the AP function, encompassing problem-solving assistance

Projects for Accounts Payable (AP) and Support for Process Improvement and Compliance Reconciliations

Make sure internal customer satisfaction is at its highest level.

All additional duties and obligations as needed for the position, as well as any ad hoc requests from the company

Your Knowledge

Requires an accounting degree, similar training, or comparable military experience

0–1 year of relevant experience in the role of accounts payable

sophisticated familiarity with SAP and Ariba systems
able to operate alone with little guidance

careful and effective at handling a large number of transactions
Excellent communicator and collaborator

proficient in spoken and written English

Capacity to operate in a challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic workplace
