Job Summary:

We are seeking seasoned data entry assistants to process tickets and make precise, timely entries in internal systems.

Conditions:

- Obtained a 3- or 4-year bachelor's degree upon graduation

- Upon recruiting, candidates are required to present either a police clearance or an NBI clearance (recommended).

- Must feel at ease using the time-tracking programme Hubstaff.

- Prior Zendesk experience

- Written and spoken English at a professional level (voice)

- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and all CRM applications

- A laptop or computer with internet connectivity (minimum 25 Mbps)

Pay and Perquisites:

A monthly salary of up to PHP 42,500 (based on experience)
