Sales Development Freshers (2024)

Presently Open:

"Sales Development Freshers - Batch 2024" are what we are searching for.
Using your interpersonal and communication skills, become a Rockstar sales representative in the recruitment SaaS (Software As a Service) industry.

"Build your fundamental skills and advance your career as a SaaS sales expert."  

Accountabilities:

Working with our global teams, you will serve clients in Asia, Europe, and North America.

Next, schedule a demo with the sales leader for that region.

By employing LinkedIn, email, and phone calls, you will establish connections with the most prosperous recruitment agencies in these areas.

Along with senior sales leaders from our teams, you will participate in sales demo meetings in order to go from the SDR function to a Closing role in 12 to 24 months, which will help you boost your salary by 100–300%.

Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, determining whether they are actively interested in making a purchase and serving as a vital link between the prospect and the sales team to guarantee the acquisition of new clients.

Only freshers finishing their graduation/post-graduation in the year 2024 – B.Com / BA / BBA / M.Com/ MA / MBA & any similar fields should apply.

Compensation structure: 

• This program is designed for students in the final year of their course and starts with a paid 3-month part-time internship where you’re working 21 hours/week as a Sales Development Intern.
  • Internship stipend: Part-time (INR 7,500)
• At the end of three months, on the basis of performance, you’re moved to our final 6-month trainee program where you’ll be working 42.5 hours/week as a Sales Development Trainee. 
  • Training stipend: Full-time (INR 12,000)
• Upon successful completion of this 9 months program, on the basis of performance, you’re guaranteed a full-time position as a SDR (Sales Development Representative) at Recruit CRM with an OTE (On Target Earning) of 10 lakhs. 
  The base salary is INR 500,000 and the target Bonus is INR 500,000 per year. The bonus is paid out each month.

Location : 

We are a fully remote working organization. The entire process from application to selection will be virtual/online mode. Post joining the working mode will be online/work from home. 

 

Customer Success Freshers (2024)

Primary Accountabilities:

Discover our platform, Recruit CRM, and gain insight into the hiring industry.

To obtain experience, respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and video conversations.

Recognise and share with the team the needs of the customer.

Address user concerns by offering fixes or workarounds.

Respect communication policies and protocols.

Create and maintain relationships with clients.

Strive for outstanding service delivery at all times.

Training:

• Structured Onboarding: Undergo a structured 9 - months Internship and training program with mentorship during the last 6-8 months of college. Upon successful completion & college graduation, transition to a full-time role.

Compensation, Benefits and Work timing:

• Internship Stipend (3 months): INR 7,500/month working 21 hours per week.

• Post Training (Full-Time) Salary: INR 500,000 p.a. Base Salary + INR 100,000 Performance Pay (quarterly). 
• Extra allowance for people working in US shifts (between 20 - 50% of your base pay depending on exact shift).

• Full North America - 8 pm - 6 am Monday - Friday  
• Middle East - 10 am - 8 pm Sunday - Thursday
