Overview of Roles:
We are primarily seeking individuals who share our enthusiasm for what we do; knowledge of the HRTech environment is not a prerequisite; rather, you should be eager to learn.
A customer support intern's goal is to obtain a thorough understanding of our products and be able to offer exceptional customer assistance.
answering questions from customers and fixing problems using Springworks products.
Knowing the ins and outs of product features and operations, as well as informing the appropriate stakeholders of any feedback received.
Having a thorough understanding of goods and services to give clients correct information.
the ability to solve problems in order to properly handle and manage client concerns.
Outstanding communication abilities to engage with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
practical knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and related apps, such as Google Sheets, SalesIQ, SalesIQ, YAMM, Trello, and Zoho Desk.
Constantly refining the assistance procedure by offering comments and recommendations derived from consumer encounters.
First and second week:
Instruction on the ins and outs of our communication methods, software, and functions.
Providing thorough product training and managing ten insufficiency tickets daily.
Weeks three and four:
learning more about insufficiency, the trackers we employ, and managing and resolving thirty insufficiency tickets per day.
Learning about the work and the support role while completing 50 tickets every day.
autonomously responding to emails that are insufficient and removing them from the team's list.
Conditions:

For a least of nine months, you must be available for this full-time internship job.
Those who are comfortable working a night shift (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.) are encouraged to apply for this position.
