Responsibilities:

Participate in the extended teams of clients, both internal and external.

Plan, organize, analyze, and finish the work to satisfy deadline and quality standards.

To gather information and present it in a way that satisfies internal and external clients, conduct internet research for tasks. 

Profile of Candidate:

Masters in English language studies or post-graduate work in any field.

Excellent communication skills.

strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

strong analytical and understanding abilities.

adept at using internet resources and search engines like Google, Wikipedia, Yahoo, etc.

competent with office productivity software, including Microsoft Office.
