rotating shifts and 24x7 operation hours. must be prepared to work nights and on holidays.

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Client Location: Hyderabad)

Qualification: Any stream graduate (general or honours). Awaiting results would not qualify.

Job Description

This work requires you to see, read, or hear content that is obscene, violent, sexual, or graphic. You also have to take appropriate action on the video in accordance with the established standards, and you have to attend client meetings to learn about the policies and the consequences of violating them for end users. We are looking for applicants who are willing to serve as the Internet's Guardians and who possess psychological resilience.  

Skills Required:

strong logical and analytical thinking abilities

should be familiar with AdSense and Adwords on a basic level.

Possess the ability to quickly identify the aforementioned content in a video

Excellent general and current knowledge can aid in spotting cultural biases in videos

Must be able to read and write in multiple regional languages

outstanding English communication abilities

strong familiarity with Google products, including Chrome, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.

A Basic Understanding of Google YouTube Monetization Policy, Marketing Strategy, and Online Advertisements

excellent time-management abilities

Good people and interpersonal abilities combined with a strong problem-solving methodology.

A customer-centric mindset is necessary.

Any knowledge of the content management process is advantageous.
