Job Description

1. carries out administrative tasks in coordination with the department's assistance.

2. Assists in managing the study drug, comparators, and ancillaries on a daily basis.

3. Assigned member providing support to department project teams.

4. Completes compliance with role-specific training and releases and completes timesheets.

5. Capable of acting as a cross-functional liaison or coordinator.

6. carries out import and export operations in compliance with client, company, and legal requirements.

7. Completes each given project's import, export, and trade compliance plan.

8. Have a meeting to talk about import and export concerns with the Trade Compliance Manager. delivers pertinent advice and warnings.

9. Takes part in continuing education about new regulations pertaining to export and import operations.

10. Keep PPD Owned Metrics Indicators Reports Up to Date.

11. Works on trials with modest complexity while being supervised.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent life science domain.

Know-how, competencies, and abilities:

1. Proficiency in writing and spoken communication as well as basic English.

2. Excellent organizing abilities with a keen eye for detail and superior output.

3. Strong data entry and computer abilities.

4. Able to operate both independently and under close supervision when working in a team setting.

5. Change-responsive.

6. The capacity to articulate opinions and concerns using the appropriate channels of communication.

7. Experience in the field of clinical research or in pharmaceutical organizations for one to two years would be advantageous.
