Roles & Responsibilities:

Through lead creation, account penetration, and relationship building in accordance with client needs, contribute to the penetration of liability business in rural areas.

Maintain the average monthly balance of the customer relationships that are mapped to the incumbent.

strengthen your bonds with the branch's current clientele.

Assure that the account opening procedures are completed strictly in accordance with KYC guidelines. (Verification in the field required)

Present a variety of products to clients when they open an account. (For example, setting up mobile banking, registering for net banking, and activating fixed and recurring deposits)

making sure the account is used and keeping it healthy at all times.

Maintain top-notch customer service to increase the population's wallet share.

Carry out answering consumer questions and resolving problems.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant branch banking experience.
